The Meeting Production Specialist is a rounded and experienced professional in commercial AV systems, capable of excelling under limited supervision. This ideal candidate possesses advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills combined with deep command of conference room AV systems and virtual collaboration platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Master conference room AV systems and virtual collaboration platforms
- Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Coordinate government-based virtual webinars with clear planning and communication
- Lead projects and manage small teams of 1-3 technicians
- Ensure projects are completed timely and accurately
- Deliver solutions tailored to clients’ hybrid meeting environment challenges
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adapt quickly and present suitable alternatives to clients’ needs
- Work with poise in high-paced government environments
Required Qualifications
- Rounded experience with commercial audiovisual systems
- Advanced expertise in virtual meeting technology and webinar platforms
