Audio sales leader AdLarge proudly announces Jess (Scialdone) Mott as National Director of Digital Partnerships. Mott joins AdLarge Media and fwd. network, an exclusive podcast network focusing on women and underrepresented voices and causes, including extensive digital media and strategic brand partnership experiences

Jess Mott is a digital advertising and marketing software specialist with over 16 years of experience. His impressive portfolio includes Pandora, GoFundMe, Salesforce, Yelp, Takumi, and Metadata. Mott helped pull Pandora out of a dormant business segment to include Prudential, L’Oreal, Kohl’s, Farmers Insurance, H&M and Reckitt Benckiser. He held strategic roles with JPMorgan Chase, Prudential, Citi, Morgan Stanley, and Liberty Mutual while the first sales director of Pandora's Financial Services group was named an East Coast Preferred Sales Partner by Pandora's customer service team for his role because it is distinctive. A study launch in Cannes last week sought Mott’s advice.
