About the role
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a new Brand Partnerships Manager.
The Brand Partnerships Manager will work with key internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute high value branded content solutions for Mamamia's commercial partners.
You will lead the implementation of Mamamia's most lucrative commercial partnerships, overseeing the work of 2 Brand Partnership Executives and will be responsible for maintaining seamless campaign management to develop effective branded content and advancing revenue growth.
You will be joining a collaborative, social and dedicated team of approx. 8 team members, including working alongside one other Brand Partnerships Manager and reporting into the Head of Brand Partnerships.
To excel in this role, you will be experienced in the successful implementation of integrated digital campaigns spanning written, video and social content, podcasts, competitions and live activations.
Key tasks / deliverables of the role:
Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of Branded Content campaigns for Mamamia's most lucrative commercial partners.
Brief in and manage content producers (written, video, social, podcast, graphic design content), Publish, track, and report on live campaigns, providing performance delivery data, key insights, learnings and recommendations.
Work with social and marketing leads to optimise campaigns where required
Liaise with the Partner Strategy, Sales Managers, Clients and Agencies regarding campaign deliverables to ensure content is delivered on time, to brief and within budget
Manage production budgets and approve invoices.
Partner with the Sales Manager to review all campaign schedules from the Sales team, provide feedback and approval before they go to market and utilise opportunities to upsell Mamamia products.
Managing the planning and execution of live events and activations for brand partners and Mamamia.
Manage a small team of Executives, Coordinator and or Assistant and perform regular WIPs, check ins and reviews
About You
2+ years experience in a similar role
Experience managing and implementing integrated digital campaigns
Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications or other relevant field
Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritise effectively while remaining calm under pressure
Able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority
Proficient in Gmail/Microsoft applications
Experience using Monday, Wordpress, Mailchimp an advantage
Goal oriented and solution focused, driven to meet or exceed project objectives.
Work effectively in a team environment whilst being able to achieve results working independently
