Demystifying Menopause: Acast's New Collaborative Podcasts Tackle the Taboo

This October, Acast has celebrated Menopause Awareness Month by ‘Taking the Scary out of Menopause’. Acast has teamed up with The Menopause Charity and some incredible podcasters from the Acast Creator Network to release bespoke collaborative episodes filled with personal and relatable conversations.

Exclusive and bonus content includes brand-new episodes from Black Menopause And Beyond, Been There, Done That, Got The Podcast, White Wine Question Time, Betwixt The Sheets, The Shift, Postcards from Midlife and Not Another Mummy.

In addition, on Thursday last week (Thursday 26th October) Acast hosted a live event which saw Tamzin Outhwaite, Kate Thornton (White Wine Question Time), and Dr Naomi Potter take part in an enlightening discussion on all things menopause. Audio from the event will be released as a podcast episode on the feed of each guest’s podcast.

A full list of pre-released relevant podcast episodes can be found on the Acast website here.

They want women, and other individuals experiencing menopause, to understand the changes that are happening to them and know what to do next. They also aim to make sure that family, friends, co-workers, employers and health care professionals have the information and resources to provide appropriate support.
