The Service NSW Business Connect podcast shares inspiring stories, valuable insights, and practical tips from leading business experts to help small business owners at every stage of their business journey

The free episodes will address a variety of topics and provide listeners insights and actionable steps to sustain their business health, including insolvency, cost management, and prioritising mental health.

Small businesses can receive free, customised one-on-one sessions with independent advisors on subjects like cash flow, marketing, and business planning through the Business Connect programme.

In order to help small business owners obtain business knowledge and insights at a time that works for them, Business Connect offers events and online resources, which are expanded upon in this podcast.

In NSW, there are over 840,000 small businesses, accounting for 98% of all businesses in the state. 1.7 million people work for small businesses in NSW's private sector, making up approximately 43% of the state's total private sector workforce.

Over the previous six years, Business Connect has organised over 4,600 events throughout NSW and provided more than 380,000 hours of support to 55,000 businesses.
