🎙️ The Future of Media Consumption: Nielsen Finds Podcasts Outshine Video Content

Become a Smarter Podcast Producer in 5 minutes >> Hear about the latest Podcast News before anyone else.

Hi there, Podfriend

In the upcoming six to twelve months, 21% of consumers—more than any other media—plan to listen to podcasts more, according to the Nielsen 2023 Consumer Survey.

Even though podcasting is becoming more and more popular, major companies like Spotify, NPR, and Radio Canada are starting to lay off employees because of money problems.

We can only hope that the union and industry provided our independent podcast producers with ample support to get off the ground.

Happy Podcasting
