Meet the Session Leads
Aakshi Sinha (she/her)
Aakshi Sinha has worked with a variety of shows—from fiction, and travel, to kids' podcasts—to help them build partnerships through promo swaps. She believes there is a way to leverage the power of swaps to not only reach new audiences but also build a community of podcast friends that make creating podcasts less lonely and more fun. The key is finding a swap that helps all sides of the partnership get closer to their goals. She hopes to share this during this session using a variety of real-life examples and scenarios.

What is Podcast Group Therapy?
At Tink, we're passionate about Podcast Therapy — an hour of consulting in which we share marketing tactics tailored to your show's goals. It's a blast! But it’s limiting. We can only serve a few creators at a time. We want to broaden our reach. Why? Shows with limited budgets need growth help too...
Enter Podcast Group Therapy!
In small groups of 10 or less, you'll engage with Tink's marketing experts in interactive sessions, diving into niche strategies like promo swaps, impactful show launches, and more genre-specific marketing. These sessions are here to help your specific genre and goals, while offering a chance for podcasters with similar topics to collaborate.
Tink’s founder, Lauren, describes it as "the most exciting thing Tink has done."
Why? Because it makes podcasting marketing accessible to all and fosters deep connections within the audio community. "These sessions are going to be a ton of fun, and the amount of insight we can share is bananas." Welcome to Podcast Group Therapy, where expertise meets friendship, one session at a time.
