The Bull Case for Podcasting with Chris Peterson of DWNLOAD Media

chris peterson

Chris Peterson is placing a large wager on the 2024 podcast market. The former executive at iHeart established DWNLOAD Media, a podcast roll-up with the goal of acquiring and running already-existing podcast businesses to take on the industry titans. He is currently pitching the idea to audio companies and investors while it is still in its infancy.

Chris recently published the 2024 DWNLOAD Report, a white paper that makes the case that podcasting is underappreciated and will only get bigger in order to promote his business. Chris and I go into great detail about the points he makes in the report, explaining why he thinks podcasting will grow and sustain itself as well as how DWNLOAD media will contribute to that growth.
