Red Bull’s Mind Set Win—Back for Season Two

For a new season full of intriguing guests and a twist, Mind Set Win, the podcast where elite sports professionals dissect their winning mental approach to show how you can apply the same techniques in your daily life, is back.

Insightful interviews with individuals like Siya Kollisi, the captain of the South African national rugby team, Olympic gold medalist and world champion Swiss alpine ski racer Marco Odermatt, professional tennis player Elena Rybakina, 2021, 2022, and 2023 Formula One World Champion Max Verstappen, and others will be conducted by host Cédric Dumont.

This time, York-Peter Klöppel, the Head of Mental Performance at the Red Bull Athlete Performance Centre, joins Cédric to further emphasise how you can incorporate the most cutting-edge Mind Set Win strategies into your daily life.

Klöppel, a sports psychologist, works with some of the most well-known athletes in the world to help them reach their full potential. He oversees the training of the physical and mental abilities of a team of experts from the many fields of sport medicine and science, including physiotherapists, physicians, nutritionists, and strength and conditioning specialists.

On October 3, the premiere episode featured F1 superstar and resounding world champion Max Verstappen.
