💥The Radio Academy announces nominees for ARIAS 2024

The 211 nominees for the 2024 ARIAS, which will take place on Tuesday, May 7, at Theatre Royal Drury Lane in London, have been revealed by the Radio Academy. The UK's premier audio and radio awards, the Radio Academy ARIAS (Audio and Radio Industry Awards) honour exceptional shows and the creative teams that bring them to life. Every year, the ARIAS are held to honour the global influence and significance of the burgeoning audio industry to audiences. This year's new hosts are award-winning comedian Romesh Ranganathan, who hosts BBC Radio 2's For The Love and Hip Hop show, and broadcaster Alice Levine, who co-hosts the popular podcasts My Dad Wrote A Porno and British Scandal. Sam Thompson, the host of the Staying Relevant podcast and the winner of ITV's I'm A Celebrity 2023, will be featured in backstage interviews by the ARIAS on social media for the first time.

This year at the ARIAS there are 27 awards to be won, including Best New PresenterBest Music Breakfast ShowBest New Podcast and the popular Moment of the Year Award voted by the public in partnership with the Radio Times, which will be open from Wednesday 27th March.
