Position Overview
Seeking a freelance podcast producer/editor for ongoing work with The Incredible i Show, a B2B tech podcast focused on IBM i, hybrid cloud, and enterprise IT. This is a long-term opportunity requiring approximately 1 episode per week of high-quality production work.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit video and audio from Riverside recordings
- Clean up filler words and tighten pacing for professional flow
- Add intro/outro and branding elements
- Export full episodes optimized for YouTube and podcast platforms
- Create 3-5 short clips for LinkedIn and social media distribution
- Upload and schedule episodes across platforms (bonus responsibility)
- Develop show notes and episode titles
Style & Requirements
- Clean, professional, and conversational editing approach (not overproduced)
- Focus on clarity and flow for business audiences
- Ability to work with Riverside recordings and editing tools
- Proven examples of podcast editing work, particularly clips
- Reliable turnaround time for weekly episodes
