Podworks.io does not act as a payment intermediary, ensuring that your arrangements are transparent and flexible.
Does Podwires assist with project management if I hire a podcast producer through Podwires Marketplace ?
Project management is typically done directly between you and the freelancer of your choice, even though Podwires assists in matching clients with freelancers. The purpose of our platform is to assist you in finding the best professional for your needs; after you establish contact, the freelancer will collaborate with you to oversee and carry out the project.
What occurs if the freelancer and I cannot agree ?
First, we advise you to attempt to settle any disputes with the freelancer directly through open communication. You can contact us for assistance if problems continue. Although Podwires marketplace does not personally resolve conflicts, we can provide guidance and best practices for doing so.
After I accept a freelancer’s offer to work, what happens next ?
After you and the freelancer reach an agreement, you will usually go over and settle on the specifics of the project, including deliverables, deadlines, and terms of payment. Having a written contract or agreement in place is a good idea. After that, the freelancer will start working on your project and will update you on its progress according to the communication plan you have agreed upon.
