Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes
- Manage team productivity and supervise operations staff
- Coordinate with podcast contributors and guest management
- Monitor business performance and key metrics
- Build and execute strategies for growth and scaling
- Collaborate with leadership team to maintain alignment with company vision and goals
- Foster internal team collaboration and build partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in operations management, strategic planning, and process optimization
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or relevant field preferred
- Knowledge of podcasting, sales, or related industries is a plus
