About the Role

Podcast Discovery, the UK’s leading full-service podcast marketing agency, is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the team and help clients’ podcasts grow and build their audiences. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients, delivering strategic marketing solutions across owned, earned, and paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver key client projects including podcast consultations, presentations, and written marketing reports
  • Devise comprehensive marketing plans for shows across multiple verticals
  • Contribute to new show development from inception, hardwiring audience development into editorial plans
  • Generate creative ideas and treatments for marketing activities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for key clients in meetings and follow-up communications
  • Manage relationships with other Podcast Discovery teams on campaigns
  • Oversee media buying and performance marketing initiatives
  • Conduct ongoing campaign performance analysis and deliver end-of-campaign wrap-up reports
  • Contribute to company strategy and product development, focusing on improved client service and workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • Extensive experience successfully growing podcasts
  • Genuine passion for podcasts across all genres and formats
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
  • Creative, engaging communication skills both written and verbal
  • Process-driven approach with strong deadline management and ability to flag issues early
  • Ability to work independently and thrive with autonomy
  • London-based (role requires approximately two days per week in London office)
