Eigen Labs is building the infrastructure for the age of agentic companies.

Everyone is focused on AI and agent capabilities: what agents can do, how smart they are, how autonomous they can become. We believe the more important question is what kind of institutions will allow agents to become trustworthy economic actors.

For agents to own assets, enter agreements, coordinate capital, operate under constraints, and be held accountable, they need more than intelligence. They need trust, verifiability, ownership, contracts, and consequences built directly into the systems they run on.

That is what we are building at Eigen Labs.

Eigen Labs is the force behind EigenCloud. Through EigenCloud, we are creating the infrastructure that makes digital institutions possible: systems where execution can be verified, data can be trusted, rules can be enforced, and autonomous software can operate with real economic accountability. This is the foundation for entirely new categories of applications, from agentic commerce and payments to agentic companies.

Ready to build the trust layer for the internet? We’re looking for builders who want to solve hard problems and create technology that makes the digital world fundamentally more reliable.

The Role
We’re building a podcast that reflects the voice, ambition and worldview of our leadership — and we need a sharp, execution-focused operator to help bring it to life. You’ll work directly with our Director of Content, Comms & Community to run the day-to-day operations of the show: managing publishing workflows, keeping platforms running smoothly, coordinating guest logistics, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a role for someone who thrives in the weeds. You won’t be setting the strategy — you’ll be making it happen. If you’ve run podcast operations end-to-end and love building reliable systems around creative and editorial work, this is your chance to own something meaningful at a fast-moving company.

You will own the full operational backbone of the podcast — from publishing and platform management to guest coordination, logistics, and analytics.

This is a 3-month contract position with the option to extend. The role is flexible/remote with occasional in-person support preferred for Bay Area-based candidates.

What You Will Do
Own end-to-end episode publishing workflows across Substack and all major podcast platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and other distributors

Upload episodes, manage metadata, write show notes, and keep podcast pages current and well-maintained

Clean up, format, and publish transcripts for each episode

Upload and organize written assets tied to episodes

Pull and summarize platform analytics on a recurring cadence to surface key insights for the team

Coordinate guest logistics including swag, microphone shipping, and post-episode follow-up communications

Route relevant partnership or business opportunities that surface post-episode to the right internal owners

Support in-person recording logistics including studio/venue coordination, production setup, and cameraman coordination as needed

Help coordinate follow-on content extensions from podcast episodes, such as articles or repurposed content

What You Will Bring
Proven, hands-on experience managing podcast operations end-to-end — you’ve owned this workflow before, not just supported it

Direct familiarity with Substack, Spotify for Podcasters, and Apple Podcasts Connect

Experience with transcript editing tools (Descript, Otter, or similar)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple workflows without dropping the ball

Excellent async communication — you proactively keep stakeholders in the loop

Comfort with light logistics coordination: shipping, vendor scheduling, and guest follow-up

A self-starter mindset — you can operate independently in a fast-moving environment with minimal hand-holding

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area preferred, with availability for occasional in-person support

The target compensation for this role is $4,000 – $7,000 USD per month on a project basis, scoped at approximately 20–30 hours per week. The listed range reflects Bay Area-based candidates and may vary depending on location and experience.

Equal Opportunity Employment

There’s one more, very important thing. We are an equal opportunity employer. We search for amazing people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and perspectives. We take care of each other to create an inclusive work environment where we love to come to work every day. We hope you can join us.

Recruitment Scam Warning

Podwires will never ask you to pay fees, purchase equipment, or share sensitive financial information (bank details, SSN, credit cards) during the application process. Be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true, unsolicited messages from generic email addresses, or pressure to act immediately.

If something feels off, trust your instincts. Research the company, verify the posting on their official site, and never send money for a job. Report suspicious listings to ReportFraud.ftc.gov or contact us.
