Podcast & Social Media Operations Specialist

NeoWork is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Podcast & Social Media Operations Specialist to support our growing content production and distribution team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple podcast workflows efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Download and organize video (.mp4) and audio (.mp3) files from Google Drive
  • Upload and schedule podcast content through social media distribution platform Ordinal
  • Research and accurately tag podcast guests’ social media profiles in Ordinal
  • Upload and publish full-length podcast episodes to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube
  • Use Canva to create engaging and professional thumbnails for each episode

Required Qualifications

  • Familiarity or experience with social media management and digital content distribution
  • Strong attention to detail and diligence with repetitive tasks
  • Highly organized with adaptability to client-specific processes
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle time-sensitive or urgent tasks
  • Proactive and clear communication, especially when identifying challenges or bottlenecks

Bonus Skills

  • Prior experience using Notion (preferred but not required)
