As Senior Podcast Producer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, producing, and delivering high-quality podcast content across ARN’s growing network of shows. You’ll work with some of Australia’s most recognised audio talent and brands.
- Oversee the end-to-end production of podcast episodes from concept to delivery
- Collaborate with hosts, editors, and content teams to maintain editorial quality
- Manage production schedules, workflows, and post-production processes
- Drive creative direction and ensure consistency across the podcast catalogue
- Identify opportunities to grow and evolve existing podcast formats
- Stay across industry trends in Australian and global podcasting
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in podcast or radio production, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to lead creative projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience with audio editing software and a passion for storytelling are essential.
