Senior Podcast Producer
Hello Studios seeks an experienced Senior Podcast Producer to own end-to-end podcast delivery across ongoing enterprise and nonprofit programs. This is a full-time W2 position for a professional who values clear communication, documented workflows, and delivering consistent results over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete podcast production lifecycle for enterprise and nonprofit clients
- Ensure delivery of professional podcast programs with accountability for timelines and deliverables
- Develop and maintain documented workflows and repeatable, scalable systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders and manage approvals and constraints
- Continuously improve processes through review and iteration
Requirements
- Proven experience in podcast production and program management
- Strong understanding of professional media operations and enterprise delivery
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work reliably within defined workflows and meet consistent deadlines
- Experience with enterprise or nonprofit clients preferred
