SCA is seeking a Senior Producer for PM Briefing, one of Australia’s most listened-to daily news podcasts. In this role, you’ll work closely with host Tarsh Belling to deliver a polished, high-quality daily news podcast that keeps Australian audiences informed.

This is a senior editorial and production role within SCA’s audio division, requiring a strong news instinct, exceptional production skills, and the ability to work to tight daily deadlines.

  • Lead the day-to-day production of PM Briefing in close collaboration with host Tarsh Belling
  • Source, write, and produce daily news content suitable for audio format
  • Manage the full production workflow from scripting through to final delivery
  • Ensure editorial standards, tone, and quality are consistently maintained
  • Work with the broader SCA team to identify stories and develop content strategy
  • Manage guests, interviews, and external contributors as required

The successful candidate will have a strong background in journalism or audio news production, experience producing daily or fast-turnaround content, and a collaborative approach to working with talent. A passion for audio storytelling and an understanding of the Australian news landscape are essential. This is an outstanding opportunity to shape one of Australia’s leading daily news podcasts.
