Two years ago, I lost my Papa. It was the hardest physical, mental, and emotional battle I ever fought that almost cost me my life.
In my pursuit to truly heal, forgive myself, and accept that there are things in life that are out of my control (like the life of our loved ones), I found and learn self-growth through YouTube videos and podcasts.
