Hilton Hotels was looking to reaise the profile of their Thrive Sabbatical and Thrive Reset Programs. These allow team members all over the world to take time off, paid, to pursue their passion projects. We interviewed several employees who had taken advantage of this program – creating everything from new schools to a veterans support group.
