I was brought on to launch and develop a brand-new podcast in the travel and hospitality space, with a unique twist: the show would be recorded on the go, following our hosts as they traveled across the world.
From the ground up, I led the creative and logistical development—starting with naming, formatting, and building the core concept of a roaming podcast series. I spearheaded budgeting, travel planning, and guest outreach to align with our vision of capturing real, in-person conversations in authentic global settings.
Over the course of six months, we produced 20+ in-person interviews across more than five countries. Our guests represented a combined social following of over 5 million. I managed every phase of production: scouting and setting up recording locations, coordinating transportation and lodging, handling all equipment and session logistics, and editing both audio and video for long-form episodes and short-form social content.
This end-to-end experience gave me hands-on insight into every facet of podcast production and positioned the show for successful brand partnerships with Hilton, Virgin Voyages, Visit Belfast, Visit Phoenix, and more.
