A four-day virtual workshop designed to help podcasters convert their audience into paying clients launches April 21-24, 2026, with live daily support sessions and on-demand content delivered through a private podcast feed.
The workshop, priced at $47, targets coaches, consultants, and service-based podcasters with existing shows who struggle to translate growing listener bases into revenue-generating client relationships. According to the workshop description, participants often experience high download numbers but lack a systematic approach to converting engaged listeners into qualified prospects.
Adam Schaeuble, host of “Podcasting Business School,” will facilitate the workshop. Schaeuble has released more than 1,400 podcast episodes since beginning his podcasting journey in 2015, accumulated over 1.2 million downloads, and earned more than $1 million as a podcaster, according to his biography. He has been a featured speaker at Podfest Expo seven times and at Content Entrepreneur Expo twice.
The workshop is structured around four core learning modules. Day One focuses on defining the journey of ideal audience members to attract more of them. Day Two addresses strategies for attracting ideal-fit clients to the podcast. Day Three teaches participants how to establish themselves as go-to experts within their podcasting niche. Day Four covers efficient sales closing techniques specific to podcast audiences.
Participants will receive a content strategy designed to position them as subject matter experts addressing known pain points for their target audience. The workshop also provides a system to help ideal-fit clients discover podcast content and includes simple sales strategy frameworks and call-to-action prompts to prepare audiences for purchasing services.
The workshop format combines asynchronous content delivered via private podcast feed with live virtual group support sessions conducted via Zoom at 1 p.m. EST each day. Recordings of all live sessions will be made available for participants unable to attend synchronously.
The workshop is designed for podcasters who already have established shows or are preparing to launch one and sell services such as coaching, consulting, or digital products. The organizer emphasizes that the workshop is not suitable for podcasters primarily interested in sponsorship monetization or those unwilling to adjust their content strategy.
Registration for the Podcast Content To Clients Workshop is available at podcastingbusiness.school, with the workshop running April 21-24, 2026.
