Radiodays Asia 2026 is an industry conference bringing together radio and podcast professionals from across Asia for networking, learning and professional development.
The event offers combined ticket options for both Radiodays Asia 2026 and Podcastday Asia 2026, with early bird registration discounts available through tiered deadlines. Super early bird pricing is available until May 8, with subsequent early bird rates through June 8, normal pricing through July 8, late pricing through August 8, and last-minute pricing available until September 2.
Registration is conducted online through the event website, with ticket prices displayed in U.S. dollars and payment processed via international credit card at the time of registration. An administration fee applies to all ticket purchases. The event offers group discounts for organizations booking five or more participants, with 5 percent off for groups of five to nine people, 10 percent off for groups of 10 to 19 people, and 12 percent off for groups of 20 or more, though administration charges remain consistent across all group sizes.
Special rates are available for community radio stations and students through direct request to the helpdesk. Partner organizations affiliated with the event may also offer discount codes for their members. Group bookings of five or more participants can arrange payment by invoice using bank transfer rather than credit card.
According to the event’s terms and conditions, all registration is binding and non-refundable. However, registered participants may transfer their ticket to another person by contacting the helpdesk at helpdesk@radiodaysasia.com. The event maintains a strict no-refund policy, though ticket name changes can be requested through the helpdesk.

The organization reserves the right to modify event dates, locations, time schedules and programming due to circumstances beyond its control, including strikes, war, pandemics, natural disasters and similar incidents classified as “force majeure.” In the event of cancellation caused by force majeure, registration remains binding with no refunds issued, and the organization may retain all fees paid as liquidated damages.
