About the Role

We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Ads + Content Coordinator to support Friends Keep Secrets, the weekly video podcast. This intermediate-level role will help manage the show’s ad workflow, social clip timelines, content deliverables, QC process, and select publishing needs.

The Ads + Content Coordinator will work closely with the show’s ad sales partner, post-production house, editors, internal production team, social stakeholders, and host teams to ensure ads and content assets are clearly tracked, accurately executed, and delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ad Sales & Sponsorship Coordination: Serve as the day-to-day liaison between the show and its ad sales partner. Track all sold ads, campaign details, sponsor requirements, deadlines, approvals, makegoods, and final deliverables. Maintain a clear ad tracker covering placement, copy, talking points, read length, talent requirements, promo codes, vanity URLs, legal requirements, and delivery status.
  • Ad Taping & Post-Production Workflow: Coordinate the scheduling and execution of host-read ads, baked-in integrations, sponsor mentions, pickups, and alternate reads. Prepare organized ad packets for talent and production teams. Track which ads have been taped and coordinate final delivery of ad-related materials to the ad sales partner.
  • Social Clips & Content Deliverables: Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals for weekly social clips across stakeholders. Maintain a social clips tracker and coordinate with editors and post-production teams to ensure packages are delivered on time and in correct specs. Support the flow of notes, revisions, and approvals between stakeholders.
  • Ensure the production team has all ad materials ahead of tapings, including scripts, brand guidelines, required disclaimers, and sponsor notes.
