About the Role
Black Forest Supplements, a Miami-based direct-to-consumer supplement brand doing eight figures annually, is seeking an AI Video Editor to dramatically increase video production output. You will transform single video ideas into dozens of finished cuts per week, optimizing for platform performance across TikTok, YouTube, Reels, and paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce dozens of platform-ready videos weekly with fast turnaround and high quality standards
- Develop and optimize video hooks—the critical first 1-2 seconds that determine viewer engagement
- Build and maintain templated, repeatable production pipelines using asset libraries, presets, batch renders, and automation tools
- Leverage AI production tools (Runway, Pika, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Descript, Topaz) to multiply output and scale production volume
- Create platform-specific cuts optimized for each channel’s unique requirements and algorithms
- Analyze video performance metrics (hook rate, hold, CTR) and iterate based on data-driven insights
- Automate repetitive production steps using n8n, Zapier, APIs, and custom scripts
What You’ll Bring
- Proven portfolio with real videos, real platforms, and demonstrated performance metrics
- AI-native production experience—comfort with generative video, AI voices, avatars, upscaling, and auto-captioning
- Expertise in video editing fundamentals: hooks, cuts, captions, sound design, and pacing
- Ability to work autonomously and ship high volumes without micromanagement
- Fluent English communication skills
- Understanding that speed and competence beat slow, cinematic perfection for social platforms

- Demonstrable increase in production output per day through pipeline optimization
