Key Responsibilities
Audio Operations & Mixing
- Operate and mix live audio for a wide variety of performances including production shows, live bands, solo musicians, and guest entertainers
- Ensure consistent, high-quality sound reinforcement across all venues
- Adapt to different performance styles and technical requirements
System Management & Maintenance
- Oversee daily operation, calibration, and maintenance of all onboard audio systems
- Manage digital and analog consoles, wireless microphone systems, in-ear monitors, playback systems, and speaker arrays
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure seamless show execution
Show Preparation & Execution
- Collaborate with the Production Manager – Audio and Entertainment Technical team
- Prepare for each performance including loading and programming show files
- Conduct sound checks, set up microphones and monitors, and ensure all audio cues are executed flawlessly
