Strong communication can become a valuable career skill when you are given the right environment to develop it.

The Dorne Region is hiring an Appointment Coordinator. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, staying organized, and making sure important next steps do not get missed.

The work centers on keeping conversations moving. You will connect with individuals who have questions about health coverage and life benefit options, learn what they need, coordinate the appropriate next step, and maintain reliable follow-up.

Three things matter most in this position:

  • Clear phone communication
  • Strong organization
  • Consistent follow-through

You do not need previous industry experience or a college degree. Training is provided so you can learn the process, understand the systems, and become more confident with each conversation

This can be a strong match for someone who has worked in customer service, scheduling, hospitality, recruiting, retail, administration, or another people-facing environment.

The position is structured as a contractor role with commission-based compensation rather than a guaranteed salary or hourly wage. First-year earning potential generally ranges from $65,000 to $95,000, depending on individual activity and completed results.

The Dorne Region supports teams in several major U.S. markets and continues to grow. We are scheduling interviews now for candidates who want direct coaching, professional development, and income potential tied to perfomance
