iHeartMedia, the largest podcast publisher in America, seeks an Associate Producer to support ‘The Clay and Buck Show.’ This role involves day-to-day production responsibilities for a popular broadcast radio show available as a podcast.

  • Assist with show production including guest coordination and segment preparation
  • Manage social media and audience engagement for podcast platforms
  • Handle technical production tasks and quality control
  • Coordinate with on-air talent and studio teams
  • Research and develop show content and segment ideas
  • Monitor listener feedback and engagement metrics

Required: Podcast or broadcast radio production experience, strong organizational skills, familiarity with audio production. Nice-to-have: Experience with social media management, knowledge of live broadcast workflows.
