About the Role
City Cast is seeking a highly creative and capable marketing professional with a strong local network to help build the City Cast Nashville brand, grow its audience, and engage its fans. The Audience Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a local marketing strategy across partnerships, sponsorships, PR, social media, out-of-home, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and Strategy
- Collaborate with City Cast’s central marketing team to develop and execute a localized marketing plan and budget that includes partnerships, sponsorships, PR, social and other tactics
- Conceive of creative out-of-the-box marketing ideas, test them and capture their impact
- Serve as the local keeper of the marketing calendar, ensuring the team is ready to execute across all platforms at key campaign moments
- Work with Executive Producer to identify regular opportunities to weave members into content across platforms
- Develop creative ideas for attracting, engaging, and retaining members
Driving Growth and Engagement
- Be the cultural pulse of the brand on social media, knowing what matters to the local community and what content resonates with audiences
- Work with Executive Producer, Creative Producers and Host to develop content and engagement approaches across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit
- Drive social community engagement daily across all platforms, including monitoring and responding to comments and DMs
- Track, analyze, and share out social performance and growth metrics
- Coordinate with the central marketing team to execute giveaways and influencer campaigns
- Attend IRL events on City Cast’s behalf, ensuring brand visibility and engagement
- Work in collaboration with the local Sales Executive to identify potential partnerships
