About the Role

SiriusXM is seeking a Part-Time Audio Editor to join the DC Sports Newsroom. In this role, you’ll be responsible for editing and producing high-quality audio content for one of North America’s leading audio entertainment platforms. You’ll work with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering compelling sports news and programming to millions of listeners across SiriusXM’s platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and post-produce audio content for sports news programming
  • Ensure audio quality meets SiriusXM’s industry-leading standards
  • Collaborate with newsroom producers and on-air talent
  • Manage turnaround times for daily sports content
  • Maintain technical equipment and audio systems
  • Troubleshoot audio issues and implement solutions

Requirements

  • Proficiency in audio editing software and DAWs
  • Experience in radio, podcast, or broadcast audio production
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of sports content is a plus
