Audio Engineer

Join LN Concerts and Echoplex as an Audio Engineer, responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by performing technical aspects related to show production. Assist in all aspects of stage operations and on-site A/V operations while providing excellent professional service.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental equipment
  • Set up and break down band and event equipment
  • Handle cabling and patching while working collaboratively with the entire crew
  • Make audio adjustments and maintain safe audio levels while providing a professional mix
  • Operate audio control boards
  • Oversee visiting audio technicians, especially during shows
  • Protect, maintain, and repair audio equipment
  • Assist with production throughout the venue as needed
  • Work with the Production Manager on technical advances with artist representatives
  • Ensure proper care and handling of all Echo and rental audio equipment
  • Interact with visiting production crews to ensure successful shows
  • Distribute and create audio plans
  • Oversee and operate audio systems throughout the entire venue
  • Ensure special events audio needs are scheduled, met, and executed professionally
  • Maintain relationships with local and national audio vendors

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of tour and stage production experience
  • Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems, and basic video systems
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • High School Diploma (College degree preferred)
  • Must lift up to 75 lbs regularly
  • COVID-19 vaccination required (unless legally valid exemption)
