About the Role

Join myVA Rocks as a Part-time Remote Audio Engineer Virtual Assistant. We’re a fast-growing team specializing in audiobook and podcast recording, editing, and distribution services. You’ll support our clients—authors, entrepreneurs, and busy professionals—through the entire audio production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit recorded audio to professional standards
  • Perform quality control checks on all audio files
  • Manage and organize audio files with meticulous attention to detail
  • Run virtual recording sessions with clients
  • Master audio and prepare for upload to major audiobook and podcast platforms

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an audio-focused role (remote or in-person)
  • Pro-level skills and active license for Pro Tools DAW Software
  • Understanding of and active license for iZotope RX 11 Software
  • Comfortable with Google Suite and file management tools
  • Sharp ear with stellar attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative
  • Organized, self-sufficient, and resourceful

Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with digital audio distribution platforms like Spotify and Audible, working knowledge of ACX submission guidelines, or knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe CC, Canva).
