About the Role
ROOM42, Real Chemistry’s in-house production company, is hiring an experienced Audio Production Lead to join our talented in-house production team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality audio solutions across diverse projects, from advertising campaigns to podcast production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sound editing and mixing for film, video, and podcast productions
- Manage audio post-production workflows and sound design processes
- Lead remote recording sessions and direct talent
- Manage communication and coordination between team members
- Develop expertise in generative audio technologies and sound innovation
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver exceptional audio experiences
Required Qualifications
- Strong skills in sound editing and mixing
- Proven experience with audio post-production workflows
- Familiarity with sound design and mixing for film and video
- Experience with podcast production
- Ability to lead remote recording sessions
- Strong interest and expertise in generative audio technologies
- Excellent communication and team management skills
