Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Birthday Planner to join our team. The Birthday Planner will be responsible for organizing and executing memorable birthday celebrations for clients, including coordinating themes, venues, decorations, entertainment, and catering.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to determine their birthday event preferences, including themes, budgets, and special requests.
- Research and suggest venues, entertainment options, and vendors that align with client preferences.
- Coordinate and book venue, entertainment, catering, and other services needed for the birthday event.
- Create detailed event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule.
- Oversee event setup, decorations, and implementation on the day of the birthday celebration.
- Address any issues or changes that arise during the event and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the agreed-upon limits.
- Follow up with clients after the event to gather feedback and improve future planning processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably in birthday party organization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Knowledge of event planning software and tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field is preferred.
