iHeartMedia is seeking a Board Operator/Show Producer to operate control boards for studios and remote programming. This role involves regulating program timing, operating syndicated programming, and managing commercials for a nationwide radio and podcast network.
- Operate the control board for studios and remote programming
- Regulate program timing and operate syndicated programming
- Play commercials and monitor technical quality of incoming/outgoing on-air programming
- Support off-air commercial production and program automation
- Censor live programs and ensure FCC compliance
- Execute playlists for server, tape, or simulcast programming
- Adjust signal and programming content to meet broadcast standards
- Process time-out programming for accurate playback
Requirements: Flexibility to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Previous experience in related role or technical training. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures. Excellent communication skills with coworkers and outside contacts.
