Precision Opinion, a market research company, is hiring Call Center Interviewers to collect data by telephone for the healthcare industry. This is steady work in a newly renovated, state-of-the-art call center with no selling involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone interviews for healthcare market research studies
- Read and speak clearly over the phone following survey scripts
- Collect accurate data for political and non-federal healthcare studies
- Maintain professional demeanor with survey respondents
- Meet production and attendance standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to read and speak clearly over the phone
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States (two forms of ID)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No experience necessary—paid training provided
- Bilingual Spanish-English speakers encouraged to apply
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate: $14.00/hour for political or non-federal healthcare studies
- After 90 days of employment with proven attendance and production: $22.35/hour for federal healthcare studies
- Full-time hours available with flexible shifts (9 AM – 9 PM)
