Co Host Position
Tony Floyd Radio, an independent radio platform focused on engaging, entertaining, and informing listeners, is seeking a Co Host for a full-time, hybrid position based in Lumpkin, GA with work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in live and pre-recorded broadcasts
- Engage in on-air conversations and support the lead host in delivering compelling content
- Prepare show topics and research guests and discussion points
- Conduct interviews and contribute to segment ideas and scripts
- Interact with listeners through calls, messages, and social media
- Attend promotional events and collaborate with production staff
- Support station initiatives to grow listenership and brand presence
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with clear on-air delivery and ability to engage diverse audiences
- Customer service experience focused on positive listener interactions
- Training or mentoring abilities to support new team members and interns
- Background in sales or promotional activities
- Prior experience in radio, podcasting, performing arts, or public speaking strongly preferred
- Comfort with basic audio equipment, broadcasting software, and social media platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to attend in-person shows and events in Lumpkin, GA
