Content Creator & Talent
Hope Media Group, a multi-brand ministry, is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Content Creator & Talent to join their HMG streaming brands. This role is designed for someone who lives at the intersection of faith, culture, and creativity—someone who can make compelling faith-forward content, produce culturally relevant podcast content, and create engaging social media that resonates with Gen Z and young adult audiences.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute fresh, faith-forward content ideas
- Create short-form video, audio, and written content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Engage with listeners and followers to build authentic community and drive brand engagement
- Stay informed on trends in music, youth culture, and faith to ensure content remains timely and impactful
- Create podcasts that connect and engage people to love Christ, serve others, and spread hope
- Assist the Director of Audio Streaming with programming for online-only stations, particularly urban programming (Gospel 24/7 & NGEN)
- Voice track on occasion as needed
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- Grounded spiritually and biblically literate
- Comfortable praying for co-workers, leading spoken prayer, and participating in ministry prayer meetings and Bible studies
- Living Christian principles in daily conduct and decision-making
- Ability to create culturally relevant content that resonates with Gen Z and young adults
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content strategies
- Experience with audio and video production
