About the Role
TikTok LIVE is a core part of TikTok’s ecosystem, focused on building real-time, interactive experiences that connect creators, users, and communities at scale. This role bridges trending cultural content and creator monetization, with a focus on identifying high-potential creators and converting individual viral successes into a systematic growth engine for the platform. You will work across specialized verticals such as Chatting/Podcast, Fashion/Modeling, Acting, and Stand-up Comedy.
Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor mainstream social platforms to identify emerging content trends and shifts in the creator economy
- Deconstruct successful individual cases to identify key drivers of viewer conversion and revenue
- Develop data-driven frameworks to influence creators to adopt winning strategies
- Translate individual “hero cases” into scalable programs through structured education and creator marketing
- Apply deep knowledge of modeling, acting, and comedy industries to tailor growth strategies
- Actively leverage and expand a network of talent agencies (MCNs) and creator collectives
- Provide day-to-day coaching and develop educational resources to help creators improve content quality
- Increase retention and maximize monetization opportunities
Qualifications
- Deep expertise and passion for one or more of the following verticals: Chatting/Podcast, Fashion/Modeling, Acting, Stand-up Comedy
- 3+ years of experience in creator economy, talent management, or entertainment industry
- Strong network within talent agencies, MCNs, or creator communities
- Excellent data analysis and trend-spotting abilities
- Proven track record of developing scalable programs and coaching talent
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
