The Role
This is the day-to-day operational backbone of organic content operations. As Content Operations Manager, you will run the content pipeline, manage the organic editing team, keep YouTube and short-form publishing on cadence, and own the operational layer that ensures everything is reliable—from SEO and compliance to planning and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the content pipeline and manage the organic editing team
- Keep YouTube and short-form content publishing on schedule across all platforms
- Own the operational layer covering SEO, compliance, planning, and project delivery
- Execute the creative direction set by the Social Media Growth Strategist into consistently published, high-performing content
- Maintain and improve the content systems and calendar to ensure reliable, on-time delivery
- Work with proven messaging, strong founder voice, and existing editing team
