Global Studios is an exciting new focus for Global – where all podcasts exist under the Global Studios umbrella brand. Whether they are Global Originals (produced in-house at Global), 3rd party shows that Global host and monetises, or recent acquisitions like The Fellas Studios and Gary Neville’s Overlap, Global Studios is home to some of the UK’s leading shows such as The News Agents, The Sports Agents, My Therapist Ghosted Me, Stick To Football, and many more.

As a Senior Content Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for account managing key publishers and creators, building, nurturing and sustaining long-term strategic partnerships aligned with the Global Studios strategy. This role bridges the world of podcasts with commercial operations, supporting publishers and creators to ensure their podcasts thrive at Global.

This position requires someone with a sales mindset, strong account management and relationship skills, making it an ideal fit for individuals who thrive on client interactions and are fuelled by delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate Strong Partner Relationships (50%): Foster and nurture strong long-term relationships with content partners, conducting routine business reviews and positioning yourself as their primary Global contact.
  • Be Your Podcasts Champion Internally (20%): Advocate for partners within Global, ensuring they’re considered for commercial briefs and relevant promotional opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting (10%): Address challenges technically and operationally by mobilising relevant teams to promptly resolve issues.
  • Contract Management (10%): Maintain records of contract renewal dates, kick off renewal discussions, and develop renewal strategies ensuring Global meets contractual requirements.
  • Podcast Promotion (10%): Work with marketing teams to support audience growth and meet agreed promotional support.
