About the Role

Turquoise is seeking a creative storyteller and content creator to produce compelling multimedia content that explains complex healthcare topics to a general audience. This hybrid role reports to the VP of Marketing with a strong dotted line to the CEO. You’ll work closely with leadership to create bite-sized documentaries, podcasts, videos, and social content that build Turquoise’s brand and educate the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distill complex healthcare concepts into engaging multimedia assets (video, audio, podcasts, static content) that feel human and accessible
  • Own end-to-end production: planning, setup, shooting, lighting, capturing clean audio, directing subjects, and ensuring usable footage
  • Edit for attention and clarity, creating hooks, tightening narratives, adding captions, selecting music, and adapting content for different platforms
  • Uncover compelling stories across the organization by collaborating with marketing, sales, product, customer success, and leadership teams
  • Pitch new content formats and experiment with tools and approaches that drive engagement on social media and video platforms
  • Leverage AI and creative tools to streamline scripting, editing, motion design, and production workflows
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining organizational clarity

About You

You excel at distilling complex topics and making them legible to non-experts. You’re intrinsically drawn to challenging subjects and know how to find the analogy, cut the jargon, and make audiences feel informed. Prior healthcare expertise is not required—we’ll invest in getting you up to speed. You’re a strong storyteller with hands-on production experience and the ability to work collaboratively with executives and teams.
