Your edits will directly impact how the audience discovers and engages with conversations that matter.
What You’ll Do
- Transform podcast episodes into compelling 30-90 second videos optimized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
- Shape future episodes by suggesting questions and topics with viral short-form potential
- Craft engaging narratives using b-rolls, animations, captions, and creative effects
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (Kling, SORA, Nano Banana, Gemini, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs) to elevate content quality
- Publish directly to platforms and analyze performance to refine content strategy
- Identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable creative directions
- Structure workflow for speed and consistency with clear file organization and systematic naming
- Turn around standard edits same-day without compromising quality
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years creating short-form video content that performs (agency, in-house, or freelance background)
- Advanced skills in professional editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered content creation tools
- Native understanding of what makes content succeed on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
- Strong cultural awareness and understanding of trending content
