About the Role
Supercast, a Fox Corporation company, is seeking a Creator Partnerships Specialist to drive partnerships with top podcast creators and build their direct audience relationships. This role combines strategic thinking, creative outreach, and persistence to identify and engage high-profile creators in the podcasting space. You’ll be instrumental in opening doors for premium subscription partnerships and exploring new monetization opportunities for podcast-first creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a dynamic Top 100 creator target list, refining quarterly focus on priority partnerships
- Develop tailored, research-backed outreach strategies for each potential partner, including cold outreach, mutual connections, and creative engagement approaches
- Track partnership pipeline with discipline, monitoring progress and identifying next steps in the acquisition funnel
- Secure initial meetings and warm conversations, setting the stage for strategic sales discussions with partnerships leads
- Generate actionable insights about the creator landscape to inform company strategy and partner sourcing
- Execute creative approaches to overcome objections and maintain top-of-mind awareness with prospects
