About the Role
Insight Global is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to support editorial quality assurance and digital content reconciliation efforts. In this role, you will compare migrated content against source materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, formatting consistency, and adherence to established editorial standards. You’ll proofread and validate content, verify citations and references, maintain proper numbering and hierarchy structures, and implement feedback provided by subject matter experts and stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Support editorial quality assurance and digital content reconciliation efforts as content is migrated into a Content Management System (CMS)
- Compare migrated content against source materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency
- Proofread and validate content against established editorial standards
- Verify citations, references, and proper numbering and hierarchy structures
- Implement feedback provided by subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Support AI-assisted content initiatives, including retrofitting content into established templates
- Review AI-generated outputs for quality and consistency
- Complete editorial QA checklists and maintain documentation
- Support multiple content workflows and ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional editing experience
- Experience proofreading, editing, and performing QA reviews of digital or editorial content
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes, procedures, and checklists
- Familiarity with citation management, reference formatting, numbering conventions, and content hierarchy standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to learn and utilize Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to support AI-assisted content workflows
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Healthcare, clinical, or medical content editing experience
- AMA Style experience
- Experience working with AI-assisted content creation or editorial workflows
Position Details
- Location: Remote US-Based
- Working Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
- Contract Duration: Through 12/31/2026 with potential extensions
- Pay: $25-28/hour
