About the Role
ARN Media is seeking a Digital Partner to grow digital revenue in a defined client patch and drive commercial impact across our portfolio. This is a parental leave cover opportunity with ARN, Australia’s leading entertainment company, where great content, powerful audiences, and innovative platforms converge.
You will be responsible for expanding digital investment alongside our Commercial Client Partners, creating client-specific growth plans, and serving as the digital expert embedded within the Commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to maximise digital revenue opportunities while owning campaign service and delivery across programmatic and automated trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow digital revenue in a defined client patch and drive expansion of digital investment to achieve and exceed budget targets
- Create and execute client-specific digital revenue growth plans targeting highest-potential brands
- Provide client-level support and digital expertise to maximise revenue opportunities alongside Commercial Client Partners
- Own campaign service and delivery for programmatic and automated trading across your patch
- Collaborate with specialist teams (ad ops, order management, solutions, programmatic, data, product) to deliver end-to-end client success
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent exceptional service
About You
- Minimum 3 years of digital media sales experience preferred
- Confident and natural networker with proven relationship-building and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently provide exceptional service while meeting sales targets
- In-depth understanding of the Australian media landscape with strong digital awareness
- Comfortable with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Positive, energetic team member committed to representing ARN brands with pride
- Strong understanding of client marketing expectations in the Australian market
