About This Role
Lemonada Media is seeking an accomplished showrunner, creative leader, and operator to oversee day-to-day management of content production and development. As Executive Producer, you will ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget while maintaining the highest creative standards. This is a senior LA-based role at the intersection of content, production, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Run multiple original series and manage the full production lifecycle from development through delivery
- Oversee day-to-day content production operations and ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
- Manage internal team members and external contractors with clarity and strategic direction
- Maintain creative standards across all projects and provide editorial feedback to producers and talent
- Support unexpected operational needs and problem-solve in a dynamic production environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to align content, marketing, and business objectives
- Architect workflows and manage logistics while maintaining genuine creative taste and judgment
What We’re Looking For
- Rare combination of operational rigor and authentic creative sensibility
- Proven experience as a showrunner or senior production leader in audio/podcast or broadcast media
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple series simultaneously
- Editorial judgment and the ability to identify what works creatively and why something isn’t landing
- Experience managing both internal teams and external vendors/contractors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop talent
- Flexibility and problem-solving mindset for the unpredictable nature of production
