- Manage the intake pipeline for Love Theory callers and conduct pre-screen interviews
- Assess participants for story clarity, emotional readiness, on-camera presence, and brand alignment
- Flag sensitive, high-risk, or inappropriate situations before booking
- Serve as a trusted brand representative maintaining professionalism, discretion, and empathy with all guests and participants
- Work in-person with producers, hosts, and leadership on guest strategy and episode planning
- Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, prep materials, and run-of-show logistics
Requirements
- 5–8+ years experience booking guests for YouTube and/or podcast shows
- Proven success booking experts in psychology, relationships, politics, global affairs, and finance
- Experience casting or screening real people for live, call-in, or reality-adjacent formats
- Strong interviewing instincts and emotional intelligence
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and follow-through
- Must be able to work in-person in Los Angeles (not remote or hybrid)

This role requires handling public figures, sensitive topics, and emotionally vulnerable participants while protecting the integrity and tone of three distinct show brands.
