Junior Podcaster/Content Creator (Entry-Level/Part-Time)

Matters.com™ is seeking a Junior Podcast Host/Content Creator to conduct engaging video interviews with a wide range of guests. You’ll participate in back-to-back sessions using our quick-fire Matters.com interview format, featuring thought leaders, influencers, celebrities, government officials, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging video interviews with diverse guests
  • Adapt seamlessly between short speed-round sessions and longer-form discussions
  • Maintain professional audio and video quality
  • Accommodate guests across multiple time zones

Requirements

  • Strong interviewing skills and engaging personality
  • Ability to ask insightful questions and keep conversations flowing naturally
  • Reliable environment for professional audio and video recording
  • Flexibility to work with guests in different time zones
  • Bonus: Existing podcast or social media presence (opportunities to leverage your platform)
